Yesterday was my first time at the Kite Festival, although this year is the 5th year for the festival. I had lots of fun. The wind was great during the earlier part of the day, but got irregular in the evening. But we managed to fly our kite (free from the goodie bag) to the maximum (of the line provided in the goodie bag) before the kite decided to take a rest. There are work stations that teaches you how to make your own kite. And I made myself a turtle kite ^^
