Disappointed with, its merchant and Aramex

My hubby got me a surprise gift from for Valentines Day. It's a bouquet of small teddy bears. What comes as a bigger surprise was that despite the deal being titled with the intention to sell as a Valentines' Day gift, the bouquet did not come on the actual day. I only received it 12 days later. Delivery, and overall experience aside, I love the bouquet. It's very sweet.

But on this evening, there was already a queue snaking before we reach.

We were give a table that is joined with another couple. Seriously the girl next to me has got big attitude problem. We just got to the table, and I was standing next to my chair. At the same time, the girl wants to go out. She can't just say excuse me, but push the chair roug…
