Today I made sour plum lime juice. It's said to help soothe throat.
Each cup of sour plum like juice consists of 6 pieces of sour plum and 2 lime. It's very simple to make. Even simpler than the barley drink.
First soak the 6 sour plums in hot water, just enough water to submerge the sour plums. Leave it to soak for 15-30 minutes.
Next cut and squeeze 2 small limes into the cup. Add water and serve with ice or chill in the fridge for consumption later.
Sour plum lime juice is very thirst quenching. Happy with my concoction :)
