Liberty @ 247 is a drinking and dining place along Beach Road. I walk past this bar almost everyday. It's pretty small, but there's always people dining and drinking there every evening.
Their staff were pretty friendly, always smiling. They came by and asked about our opinion of our meal and also they were attentive. Haha.. I was dazing and looking at their TV when one staff thought that I needed help. The food was nice, filling and not too expensive.
