Baby sits up by herself

I was on the phone (on speaker) with my Dad, while baby rolls around on the bed, when suddenly she got from lying down to be sitting up. I was like.. "She JUST SAT UP" LOL.

Baby actually did sit up by herself once before this. Just once. And it's in the middle of the night when she wakes for milk. I was shocked. Next morning I ask hubby if I dreamt it all up. Hahah..

Aiyo... See her chubbiness. Her tummy. My baby. 

Crawling

Baby is gearing up to crawl. She moves one, two steps, before rolling over to her back. She still finds rolling much faster. Haha.

Baby oh baby. You are growing up so quickly. 

Standing with support

8 months 17 days

Baby stood up with support in her cot from sitting position (I left her seated in the cot). Maybe she gotten her strength and inspiration from yesterday's playdate. Haha playdates are good.. 

And finally she pooped. Today is the 6th day from last poop. We massaged her everyday, hoping she will poop. But nothing. Yesterday we cannot tahan, hubb bought probiotics and I requested for papaya. She had papaya after dinner (baby pasta stars) and the probiotic this morning. A huge huge relief.... 

Clapping

8 months 13 days

I was playing with the baby when the hubbs came home. I placed her hands together and did some clapping. And then... She clapped on her own. After doing it herself, she looked at her hands. Haha. Like "what was that". 

She only clapped twice and doesn't do it any more when I wanted to get some photos. 

Waving with one hand

8 months 13 days

Today when we when grocery shopping, baby started waving using one hand. Waving at people walking by as I pushed her in the grocery trolley seat. Previously she waves with two hands. Haha she's so adorable.

Baby starts to wave her hand. Not really a hello or bye kind of wave, but a whole arm wave. Haha.. But it's a start. Keep it up darling!

High five

7 months 30 days

Excited mammy here!

Baby reacts to high five! I out my hand and high five to her. After a few repetitions, she raise (a little) and anticipated for a high five. Happy mammy. Hopefully she still remembers this tomorrow. Hahaha... 

Pinching

7 months 28 days

Baby is pinching everywhere. My arms, my neck, my face, my tummy...

Everywhere. OUCH. It's the worst when she pinch my neck, as she ALWAYS pinch my neck when I carry her.

She's practicing her fine motor skill, which is excellent, but.. OUCH.. haha..

Pushing up the butt

7 months 13 days

Before ending her day and goes to sleep, she was rolling around on our bed, wanting to latch. She suddenly pushes her feet against the bed and doing a mini inverted v. It was a very short while and isn't very high. I guess she's preparing herself to learn to crawl soon? 

She landed on her knees and now it looks really like a crawling position. 

My baby is growing up so quickly. Mammy is feeling happy and sad at the same time. 

Sitting up

Slowly and steadily, my little baby is learning to sit up when placed her in the sitting position. Not for long though. But happy that she can sit more than 1 second before toppling over. My baby is growing up steadily. Mummy loves you.

Leopard Crawl

Another amazing milestone. Or development. Or whatever you call that. Haha. I'm a happy mama!

Bang table. Pat pat

These few days, LO like to bang her hand on whatever that's in the path. Be it, table top, tray table, bed, chest, my leg, my arm, my face.. Haha it's so cute when she does that with her mini fat hand. Especially on my arm after milk. It's like saying, "Well done mummy". Haha. Love.

Feet licking good

She can now reach her feet and lick them. Haha.. Good flexibility!

I was surprised when she did that. Haha.. I was a bad mama. I pushed her feet for her so as to get a photo as she had no feel to do it again when my camera was ready. 

I kept missing out on the important shots. Sigh. The phone is not fast enough for me. Doubt any camera is. It's my reaction problem. Haha b

Flip: Back to tummy to back

Baby now can roll from back to tummy to back. In one line. Hmm. Will be rolling out of the mattress on the long side soon. Haha.

Gave her the teething beads from gf TS. She was busy licking it. Haha. I love the colours. Very bright and colorful. It's from First Years. If you are interested, she's selling on Carousell (http://carousell.com/p/12493436/). 

Flip: Back to Tummy

Today, just a while ago, darling flipped. At four months old. From back to tummy while mummy is busy pumping. She did that for a few times. But asked for help when she's stuck at her tummy.

I wonder why now she just refuses to flip from tummy to back. It's not like she doesn't know. She just lie there, head resting, drooling and asked for help. 

I'm a happy mummy. 

3 Months 11 Days - Hand Grip

Yesterday she showcased her fingers skill. She griped on to her hankerchief for a very long while. Today she held on to her toy. Good job Josie!
