Happy Valentine's Day

This year's Valentine's Day is a 3 human and 1 dog affair. Haha. 

Hubby gave me a Hoodie Pooh at midnight as this year's v day gift. Cute! LO likes it too. Lol. I did not get anything for him but made him mini cheesecake (cupcake size). 

After LO's nap and milk, we headed out for lunch. It was 2 plus when we reached. It became a pretty late lunch. I was craving for Taiwanese food, so we settled at Lee's Taiwanese. Not sure why, but LO fussed alot to sleep while we waited for our food. I am guessing the loud music (though usually she will just sleep through when in her carrier) and the talking from nearby tables. 

Desserts was llao llao softserve. Yummy. I can eat more. Let's have more soon!! Yummy~ This big cup cost $6.90 (If I didn't remember wrongly). With chocolate, almond nuts and fruits. I like the softserve and almond nuts. Fruit I can do without in this case. Chocolate is nice, but the person drizzled lots on the spoon and stuck there after hardening. Duh. Wasted!

We window shopped a little in the 3 connecting malls and grocery shopped for dinner. The hubby is cooking. Yay. Seafood pasta with scallops and mussels. The seafood were from Big Box and not very expensive. We intended to get the alaska king crab legs. But... It's huge. I doubt any of our pots is able to fit it in. Haha...

The day was ended with homemade mini cheesecake (in a cup) that I made the day before. Hmm I'll try the nobake version next time. LO always wanted attention at the time when I have to look after the oven for any sign of overcooking. Haha..

Saprinos Pizza for post Christmas gathering

[Rant].. Crap. I accidentally overwrote my almost completed draft with an empty draft. Gotta redo the whole post. Crap. [/Endof Rant]

Finally after 2 hiccups, I'm able to meet up with my gfs. Location, my place.

Ordered Sarpino's Pizza for lunch. 2 large classic pizzas for $35, with $3 delivery fee. They came well within the time frame and very on the dot. Besides pizza, CL topped up the meal with winglets and I airfried fries and chicken nuggets. We were all super full at the end of the meal.

It's my first time having pizzas from Sarpino's. Quite tasty. The crust is thick, but not to a point that we will feel sick of it. Everyone finished the crust. As for the ingredients, maybe I was too hungry cos the two taste pretty similar except I managed to taste pineapple from the Aloha pizzas. Ahh... It must be me being too hungry. Oopss...

Here's one of the completed gummy. The rainbow color is pretty. But the girls were saying that the power and coloring powder seems too chemicalish, they dare not eat. 

The baby boss was busy sleeping or eating. The girls didn't get to play much with her. Well, she's still a baby too. In another few months she will be much more receptive to playing. 

Boxing Day

Received many presents this Christmas. And I did not prepare much or even any for some. Feel bad. No time to shop retail. Too overwhelmed to shop online. Baby boss gave me lots of projects 24/7.

Little Josie's aunt just bought her more kawaii clothes. This time there is a Pooh and a Stitch onesie. Super cute. It will look like carrying/hugging a pooh or stitch. But she's not really keen on modelling them. I've only managed to take some photos, since her attention span is too short.

Happy 12 Years Anniversary

It's our twelveth year together. So many years has passed. We went through so many things together. Hope that we have more sweet happenings together than sour ones while we continue to count the years together.

The hubby got me this neck massager, Tinkle Touch from Ogawa. It has 6 vibrations to choose from and has this stereo speakers that you can plug in your mp3 player or phone to play your favourite music.

Personally I find the vibrations very itchy. Haha. Vibrates my fats too much.. Have yet to try the speakers. But it's a great neck support when I feed the LO. Eased my neck muscles. 

Thank you hubby for the gift. Hope you like my final piece of the 4-part toy collection.

Happy Valentine's Day

The hubby placed this cute elephant diary on my desk this morning. Love the thought, love the book, love the hubby. Happy Valentine's Day. 

No fanciful Valentine's Day dinner at crowded atas restaurant. We treated ourselves to dim sum at 126 dim sum Serangoon. To be honest, I prefer the dim sum served at the main branch in Geylang. The disappointing ones were the miniature prawn siew mai (which is smaller than the normal siew mais) and the sticky sticky har gao (the skin fell off the meat and got stuck to my chopsticks). Nevertheless... it was a filling meal.

Gifts from Europe

My sister just came back from her Europe holiday this weekend. She saw the lock bridge that was a scene in the Hong Kong drama, 沖上雲霄。She was in Amsterdam, Prague, Munich, Vienna and many others. Envious much. And she got me these fabulous gifts. 

Vintage style earrings made in Holland, gold plated. I love. Very pretty. 

And these three bottles of liqour. The bottles are in the shape of a violin. Very special. But I doubt I would drink them. Haha.. They are now in my alcohol display cabinet.
