The Japanese Spitz Singapore facebook group created an event for 50 Japanese Spitz to come together for Singapore's 50th birthday.
At the end of the day the Japanese Spitz owned the Bishan dog run. The place was overflowing with Spitz. The organisers counted 111 Spitz. Cool eh!
Latte and I on our way to the venue. Excited excited.
He's all alert and looking around.
At the event, Latte stuck to us like glue. As usual. He's too humanised. How to make friends like that? Then he also kenna chased. Zz.... Why so scared?
My sister holding on to Latte for his nail clipping. His least favourite activity. Luckily he was ok.
I met some cute Spitz.
On our way back. He's too tired to move and fell asleep. Too much excitement.
Even when he woke up in the middle of the ride, he look so cute (and vulnerable) and didn't want to move a fur. That's how tired he was.
We had loads of fun that day. Thank you organisers and sponsors.

We'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully she still show interest.
I had just acknowledged the fact that... Maybe... Baby rejecting food is a phase for some babies... Maybe...
It has been a long tiring 2 months, battling her with choices of food, feeding her or she self feed. And it's even more demoralising when people just comment with the intent of saying "You never try enough". Like really...... You should see what happened at every meal, everyday, the past few weeks.
The SG50 funpack that is given out to each Singapore household, is available for collection for our zone. Here's my funpack design, designed by a 22 year old student, Hayden.
There's a total of 50 bag designs. See them here: http://www.ndp.org.sg/ndp2015funpack-designs/
It was a long wait for our zone as many from other zones had already collected theirs. Initially we had to wait even longer, another 4 days. But I guess someone went to feedback and our collection date was pushed earlier. Haha oops.
The mailer that we had to show while redeeming with out ic.
Our boy Latte posing. He was very scared of the bag. Not sure why. Kept running away from it. Hence pardon the messy background.
Our Singa collectable is the surgeon, doctor looking lion. Many of my friends were collecting the set of 15 different Singas. If you wish to collect them yet do not want the hassle of asking around, you can purchase them at Kindness Gallery for $300 for a set or $10 individually from 11 August 2015 onwards. However the white blank Singa is not for sale individually. So whoever received the blank Singa is very lucky. Find out more about the Singa purchase here: http://kindness.sg/blog/2015/08/04/commemorate-singapores-golden-jubilee-with-singa-3/
I had recently redeemed a sample kit from Etude House.
I kind of "won" it when I participated in the LINE contest. There are alot of contests happening on LINE and I never seem to be able to win anything. In this case Etude House collaborated with LINE for its giveaway.
My first ever "Congratulations" after participating in so many contests. I always get a "You're so smart & got it right! But too bad, someone have a better luck & won ...... " Lol. Tough luck.
For this giveaway, I'm able to choose between these two sample kits. And I chose WONDER PORE pecial WOW Kit. I have very concerning large pores T___T
The WONDER PORE is the range of products on Etude House's highlight, displayed right at the entrance of the shop. This range has very pretty packaging. But then again, korean brand skincare/cosmetics are usually this pretty.
Here's what are in the Special WOW Kit: WONDER PORE Facial Soap, Freshner and Essence.
Shall try this out soon :P Hopefully it works miracles. Haha...

This time was pretty bad. There's a side table and a weighing machine in the way. I have no idea where she got hit. The nose looks bad. I saw a small cut on the ear lobe. I think her forhead looks alittle protruded. I think her chin is a little red but gone after 30minutes.
Omg.... What a bad mammy.....
Happy Birthday to me! No need for secrets. It's my thirty first birthday. For these two years, I was not as stressed out as the previous years, when I was 28, 29 years young. Back then, I was like, "OMG, I'm gonna be 30 soon. OMG." But when I really hit 30, I'm like... "Ok. 30 years young, so... It's just another day, just another year. Fact: I'm getting younger each year."
For today, hubby was busy for work, hence I took baby to the Zoo and River Safari since we both enter free. Free entry for birthday person and children below 3 years old. My mom and dad went together with us.
Hello Zoo. Hello River Safari.
The main highlights of the Zoo, the Koalas, were all asleep when we were there. There were so many visitors, and chatters, they just continued to sleep on. Lol.
We joined in the other visitors with a wefie with the koala.
The main highlights of River Safari, the Pandas Kai Kai and Jia Jia, were lazing around. I think it was Jia Jia, who POOP in front of us. Hahahaha.... We (including the other visitors) were moving along with her when she climbed up the slope. We thought she was gonna play or something, end up.... POOP. Hahaha...
Baby meets Panda.
On top of entering free for the birthday person, I am entitled a 10% discount on designated F&B outlets and retail stores. There's also free ice cream at Ah Meng restaurant in the zoo and free ice cream at the Mama Panda Kitchen. Hee.. Happy me. I feel very VIP-ish with the discounts and freebies. Here's more information on Birthday priviledges on the Zoo and River Safari.
Free ice cream at Ah Meng's.
We went back around 4pm. It took us about 6 hours to walk finish both parks.
Big thanks to my parents who accompanied me for the day and taking care of baby.
Dinner was with the hubby at Morganfield's at The Star Vista. We ordered too much. Gosh.. There's the Pop Corn Pork, full slab of Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs for the savoury and the Chocolate Lava Cake and Classic Apple Pie for the sweets. TOO MUCH. (I shall blog more about Morganfield's in another post.)

We were too full for desserts. What a waste. And the portion is not small. Lol.
Attempted to backcarry baby at desserts but it only pacified her a little.
